Haven is an end-to-end mental-health platform built to make support more accessible, private and affordable for young Nigerians.
Haven recognises that people need different kinds of support at different moments. Someone may begin by reading a story that helps them understand what they are experiencing, ask a difficult question anonymously through Ask Haven, participate in a community experience such as Haven on Earth, or speak privately with a qualified professional through an affordable therapy consultation.
These services form one connected pathway: from low-pressure exploration and early support to structured professional care. The goal is to help people find an appropriate next step before what they are carrying becomes a crisis.
Haven is launching from LASU, but its audience is broader than students. The brand is intended for people aged 15–35, with the first launch experience serving as the starting point rather than the limit of the community.

Haven on Earth is Haven’s real-life community experience.
It brings the conversations, questions, stories and activities behind Haven into one physical space. People can meet others, listen to live stories, leave a question without their name, explore the app or spend time with the parts of the experience that interest them.
The experience includes different spaces, activities and ways to take part. People can attend with friends or come alone. They do not need to prepare anything or arrive with a personal story.
Haven on Earth is free to attend.
